2012 Parrot Quilt!!!!

This beautiful handmade quilt (pictures below) was created by Chester County Bird Club’s member, Diane McKinney.  Diane has made quilts and donated them to various other parrot related organizations for fundraising efforts.  This year, CCBC was the recipient of yet another of her beautiful quilts!

Our raffle quilt is done earlier than usual!  It was created in shades of blues, greens & yellows to match just about any decor. Every quilt of this parrot pattern in the past has been done in 42 squares or less.

This years quilt was crafted in
56 squares, a pattern that the quilter says will never be repeated as it was very difficult to work with, making it truly 1 of a kind!!! Each square is done in a different species of parrot, no duplicates.

As a special incentive to our fellow bird clubs, rescue organizations, our supporters and vendors across the country we are offering bulk ticket sales this year.

Use your free tickets to give to members as a job well done reward (maybe a membership drive contest or simply a job well done)

Hold onto them in your club's name to donate to your favorite charity or even re-raffle the quilt if you are the lucky winner!

Our drawing date this year will be held at our annual Bird Show on October 27, 2012 at 4 pm sharp!

880 Springdale Drive, Suite 100 Exton, PA 19341

Pictures do not capture the true beauty of this quilt!  (kinda hard to hang it and get a good straight picture that shows off the beauty in its entirety!
